Conflict in the workplace is inevitable. The only variable is how individuals respond to it and whether their actions and behaviors lead to resolution and stronger relationships or generate a downward spiral. The Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) 360 was created to help individuals get a comprehensive picture, through the eyes of their colleagues, how they tend to operate, both constructively and destructively, before, during and after a conflict. In addition, each participant learns about his or her specific relationship “hot buttons” and what these create for them.

Ralston’s approach to delivering the CDP includes presenting the Path of Conflict model, administering the self and observer questionnaires on-line, and then meeting with each participant to interpret his or her profile, identify prioritized areas for development and develop an action plan.

Follow up coaching and/or skills training workshops to assist participants implement their action plan are also available.
